Immediate Responder: Faster than a First Responder

Whether you enjoy a trusted news source, or regard the modern media as an amalgam of fake news and extremist politics, it’s hard to ignore the stories about crime. Although the technical numbers may be reported differently between the news outlets, no one is reporting that all is well. In fact, some sources report up to 800,000 criminally violent acts occur to your fellow citizens every year, and worse, year over year. So what is the solution? With emergency response times increasing in major cities, you may be waiting up to 15 minutes for a First Responder. But what if you could find the help you need as close as your own hand?

The Equalizer is not a gun, but training

It was said that God created man, but Sam Colt made them equal with the introduction of the Colt Peacemaker. A gun is a force magnifying tool, but only in trained hands is it a rescue tool. When you train at Texas Pistol & Rifle Academy you gain the skills you need to be an Immediate Responder. When you train with a pistol, M4 carbine, or combat shotgun, you are combining the skills you need with the tools you have to help yourself. You can act on your own behalf and save your day long before the First Responders ever arrive. The key is having the ability to use a firearm under stress. This is the training you will find at TPA in the Defensive Pistol Course if you choose to carry a handgun. For home defense, you can rely on your combat shotgun or M4 carbine. Again, needing training under stress is required when the first indicator of trouble is a bunch of strangers kicking down your front door.
